CQI-7 - ISO/TS 16949 Implementation Guide and preventive and predictive

I got a old problem: is there anyone kindly provide me for CQI-7: ISO/TS 16949 Implementation Guide? Big thanks.

also I am confused with the two maitenances-preventive and predictive. How to tell apart the defferences? How to practise in the real work? And most likely how the ext. auditor audit them?

I have a copy and would say that if you have not started at all, it could be useful.

If you understand process mapping and have a good understanding of TS, it is not so useful.

All the material is covered for free here on the Cove, just takes some searching.

Brief Review of Content (210 pages)

Customer oriented processes
Process approach/auditing
Process maps
Crossover matrix TS/QS (caution - contains errors)

There is a spreadsheet to help you match your processes against the standard, chances are you have alredy built something similar.
