You won't find a schedule, you'll find "audit plans" and "audit checklists". A schedule is when you plan to do the audit. What you are demonstrating is why "competence" is necessary for folks fulfilling "roles" within an EMS or any management system. This is not a slight towards you because the competency needs start at the top. You can't effectively plan an audit unless you know something about the process itself and I'll tell your company that personally if they don't believe you.
Additionally, if I were to come to your facility as a 3rd party and find a condition where an auditor or any other person cannot demonstrate necessary competency the results may not be positive. One of the very key areas I look at and others do as well is that of audit planning and conduct because it is so terribly important. Competency is another area and the "boss's" are not excluded.
