Creativity and Innovation in Business - An online survey

For me, one of the reasons that ISO9000 fails to add value in some organisations, is it the lack of imagination and creativity shown by managers and auditors. Creativity and Innovation are vital for a healthy organsation that wants to continually improve.

I've been running an online survey on Creativity and Innovation in Business over the last few months and will be closing this at the end of March.
