Critical Limits for Air Blower as CCP (Critical Control Point)

Dear Food Professionals,

Good day. We have an air blower at start of process (1st step) for cleaning of glass jars. Glass jars passed through a specific ring (made of plastic and steel) in a way that its opening is in downside and it passed out through a sufficient air pressure. Now how can we define critical limits for Air Blower because no pressure guage is attached with Air blower to show its pressure even.

If your blower RPM is constant and the air intake draft is clean and filters maintained well, you can expect a constant CFM.
Your blower RPM can be the critical control.
Does this make sense to you ?

Dear Associate,

Please elaborate that what is Constant CFM? and If we take RPM as critical limit then how RPM can be checked? How verification and even validation can be evidenced?

The volume of air delivered in Cubic Feet / Minute will be constant and rated per the blower label detail, when the inputs are again as per the blower label details that will be on the blower equipment. The electrical inputs to the blower equipment can be checked and monitored.
You must validate your cleaning quality required and maintain blower equipment and filters in order, which are the determined constants of your process.
