Dear sir/madam:

Who can show me the latest edition of GM1927, I'm a QMS lead auditor, I should know some latest requirements of BIG 3. It's not only very important for the audit preparation and also for my continuous professional knowledge accumulation. Oftenly, the improvements of BIG 3 or other BIG automotive company's QMS requirements represent the latest QMS development and new quality management direction.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Attached is a previous edition of GM1927, I couldn't confirm if it's still valid.

Sincerely,

haifeng

The current Manual on their website is Version 1 - dated 15AUG2005. There is also a "Suffixed Documents, version 2 - dated 16AUG2005" which appears to deal with Controlled Shipping.

I'm not sure that the date signifies any changes or that it was just reviewed but you can always stay current at
GM Supply Power if you have an account.

Welcome to the Cove, gary_li :D

As far as I know, there is no GM APQP manual. The (broken link removed) is still in its first edition, dated 1994, with an update in 1995 that included only a new cover.

Re: GM1927 - GM APQP Manual - What is the current edition / revision level?

Global Supplier Quality Manual GM1927
Effective January 1, 2004, the Global Supplier Quality Manual (GM 1927) initial release replaces the GM Global APQP Manual (GM 1927), October 2002, Revision 2.

APQP
The APQP portion of this manual defines GM’s common global product quality planning requirements that are necessary to develop and implement an APQP process for a product or service. It is intended as a standard to provide the Supplier Quality Engineer, and the supplier, a common format from which to proceed with all steps of APQP.

But for auditing you need the GM CSR
