Keep him in your conference room or office. Retrieve any documentation requested as long as it is related to his job and is not proprietary. Always have someone accompany him, even when he goes to the washroom. If you can remove sensitive documents from your shop floor, you can even give him a tour. If not, then only show him the area where his job is running. You should control his access at all times.
