Hello,
I would like to know if a customer (from aerospace industry) provides Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) or material to an OEM, should they be listed in the OEM's ASL?
Would the customer fall under the definition of a supplier (FAA Section 21.1(b)(10))?
Would the OEM have to demonstrate supplier control (FAA Section 21.137(c))
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
