Customer rejected MDS - easiest resolution?

There's a basic typo mistake in the recipient screen information (dwg number, po number and other information - one field had one too many zeros). So the way to resolve is simply creating a new version and sending it to the customer right? It can't go back and change the typo in the existing MDS version right?

This is a stupid question and obvious but for some reason it looks like I can change the typo on the screen. I would have thought that was not allowed. BTW I proposed it not sent it to the customer if that makes any difference.

BTW coming from a SME I've had only basic training (reading the manual, a customer once showed me the basics and I self taught what I know). So any help is much appreciated.

No, I believe you can go back and revise it. You find the submission, right click and select edit. This only works for rejected submissions.

To revise submissions that previously accepted, you have to find the submission, right click and select copy, then new version.
