Database (Like ASSIST) to subscribe to & have access to new SAE-AS & ANSI standards

Hi ,

I was wondering if someone knows of a website/ database that for an annual fee or subscription, would give me access to current military and industry standards and specification. Many of the old military standards (MIL-DTL- and such) are canceled and are being replaced with SAE ones. every time I need to reference an MS number for a lug, I have to buy the new standard, so that I can reference a paragraph. The worst part is, if I buy them, I know I'll forget to check if they are current when I need to reference them again... I prefer to pay a flat fee and have access to the most current standards as I need them.

Can anyone help me with this please?
