Defect Display Area for Employee Shift Change Information

I have seen several companies designate an area to display defects in their process and use this area as a "show and tell" to educate and inform the operators during daily "huddle" or "toolbox" type meetings.

has anybody put one of these together and if so what best practices might you be able to share?

Thanks in advance

Re: Defect display area for training

For each item, make sure 1) the defect is clearly pointed out (so people don't have to look for it) and then 2) the regulation/policy, etc as to why it is a defect (good for training). I've seen a few of these tables and they mostly have 1), but few have 2). Good idea and good luck!
