Q
I know that the Semiconductor Assembly Council is now defunct but I am wondering if there is any value or good information to be had in the standards that they created and advocated.
Are these still out there on the web somewhere for free? 05 and 04 are the most interesting to me but I wouldn't mind having all of them as an idea generator.
SAC-STD-001 Certification Standard
SAC-STD-002 Audit Standard
SAC-STD-003 Package Qualification Standard
SAC-STD-004 Process Control Standard
SAC-STD-005 Product/Process Change Standard
SAC-STD-006 Documentation Control Standard
SAC-STD-007 Quality System Checklists
Any help in getting these are appreciated
