We are service providers like "Coil Tubing", "Cementing", "Down Hole Tool Operations" and "Acid Pumping". Can anyone please share the D & D formats for API Q2?

Hi, I am trying to develop a Service Design as per API Spec Q2, for our company. Please can you help me with a generic Service Design Template that will be helpful to me? or something that would be of help to me.

Best to work with the owner of the service design process to analyze the way they actually plan, execute. monitor, verify and validate service delivery.

Usually, in a business environment like yours, this includes the following actions:

A. Determine, document and agree the client's objectives,
B. Specify document and agree the deliverables,
C. Specify and document the actions by your team and by the client to fulfill the objectives,
A, B and C form the basis for your bid and the eventual contract)

On award of the contract you now should have an agreed service spec and the client's contribution to the fulfillment of its objectives.

You then fulfill the approved service specification while periodically reviewing progress with the client.

Your internal service design procedure may choose not to negotiate the client's contribution. In this case your service design efforts will be suboptimal.

Even so you’ll need to know the clients objectives so your service design validation can determine the extent to which they were fulfilled.

As you can see, being renowned for the quality of your services can be a long haul requiring several contracts and long and mutually fruitful relationships with your clients.
