Oh! Intresting read, there was quite a few links that did not seem to work anymore but I read "An Honest Gauge R&R Study" by Donald J. Wheeler which seems to be fitting in what I'm trying to acoplish (and it also gives gudiance how to preferm the "Honest Gauge R&R Study").

I'll present this to my boss and we'll see what she decides the next step to be.
