Determining Customer Requirements for the US Postal Service (USPS)

I work for a remanufacturing company that supplies the USPS with reman transmissions. We have our annual audit tomorrow and since I have been here (over a year) I have not seen anything from the USPS regarding customer requirements. I can only guess as with any other customer - they want quality parts on time. Shouldn't sales have this information in the contract?
Incidentally we haven't had a quality manager for several months - went through two of them already and no one is applying - so I can't ask the QA manager.

Stand back and watch the fun.

The customer requirements are in the purchase orders, or referenced therein.

Re: Customer Requirements determining

Hopefully someone is reading the Terms and Conditions page(s). Also, many companies have a document titled "Supplier Quality Requirements" or something to that effect. When you accept a PO you are accepting this document as well.

Unless of course you say that your terms supersede theirs which supersede yours which... like most companies do. Then it all ends up getting ignored and you supply what they want.
