Developing a corporate GMP/Quality training program for temporary workers

Hi,

I would like to create a corporate GMP/Quality training program for temporary workers, and I am uncertain where to begin. Our temporary workers include: clerical/support staff, equipment technicians who perform maintenance, and consultants. I would like to conduct a survey to determine the target audience and their specific requirements. What questions should be on the survey? Are there links/organizations/other resources anyone can recommend to me? Are there courses/information/templates available? If so, where?

My understanding of training is that it's designed to meet need, not employment status. That means, if you are bringing on a temp brain surgeon, the training needs could be considerable. It is among the factors for deciding the feasability. All regulatory training should be included as a minimum, and any training on processes that is needed to perform the work to acceptable levels. As with permanent workers, a gap analysis would be done using resumes, credentials, and testing.

What makes your temp workers different than permanent workers doing the same jobs - except their temporary status?
