What is impossible to quantify is the loss of goodwill by consumers; the damage to the brand reputation. Impossible to quantify in monetary terms, as some of the comments in this thread exemplify
This simple but brilliant concept should be taught and reinforced in every business, every business school, and every engineering school in the country, nay -- the world.
