Hi, is anyone could help me provide any sample of a
DFMEA used in Semiconductor industry
Do you work in the semiconductor industry? (if so, your peers in both design and manufacturing will be of great help. Look for the gray hairs, no matter the age of the bearer. Consult the technical notes database that the design teams use. Consult the Preventive Maintenance schedules used by the manufacturing teams.)
Have you had any formal training in semiconductor design and manufacturing? (if so, consult those parts of the texts that you very likely didn't get tested on... such as historical advances, manufacturing methods, and case studies... do they even teach about "fiducials?")
Have you used many semiconductors in designs? (if so, do a deep dive into the non-conformance database. It is unlikely that higher-level assemblies will offer much in the way of failures attributed "to the silicon", but even if they don't go deeper than individual components you will have a list of candidate components to search for at the manufacturer databases.)
None of this advice is
practical for the construction of a DFMEA, but if you really don't know where to start I think it may be
necessary, so that you have a collection of failure modes and risk controls when you finally do start assembling the DFMEA.
