Diebond adhesive blowholes seen after thermal curing on chip to plastic bottle mount

i have this problem which relates to diebond blowholes seen after thermal oven curing. Its like a burst of diebond material creating a crater like blowholes in the dispense diebond material.

can anybody share there experiences on the possible root causes of the diebond blowhole?

I've read somewhere that it is caused by 'gassing'. You've to investigate to see which item gets cooked at that temperature. Otherwise, check the recommended curing temperature again - an alternative could be a lower temperature at a longer time.

Thanks Sir Marc, sori for the late reply...had started so many hypothesis testing, but still the problem not yet resolved. Do you have any references for this kind of problem? Appreciate your help...thanks

Do you check the following :
1. Material expired its shelf life ?
2. Any color seperation seen in the adhesive ?
3. Storage per required conditions ? Any possible exposure to moisture absorbtion ?
4. Change in viscosity ?
5. Was it thawed to working temperature before use and curing ?
6 Try a new batch of adhesive ?
7 Are you following the validated process ?
