I work with this often. Generally Mr.Mike is correct, the differences are usually National differences, but generally are otherwise harmonized. Once in awhile, technical details may change due to considerations. For example, in Europe, standard voltage is 220-230 at 50Hz, in North America 115 at 60Hz, in Japan 100 at 50Hz, and so some details then may need to change.
So, if I get an ISO/IEC/UL/CSA/SASO 61010 standard, it is going to be almost perfectly identical. Still, for an accreditation certificate for a lab, customers or regulators may want to see their version listed.
Usually the biggest difference I see in the US version is spelling of certain words to the US spelling.
Hope this helps.
