Andy is right of course, you need to write a manual for you, as long as it addresses the basic requirements of 4.2.2, it can't be wrong.
On the other hand, I know it is difficult when someone states 'do what you want' because if you are not familiar with quality manuals, where do you start. That's where Marc's suggestion to check out sample manuals in the attachments should help.
You could also check some manuals from you customers and/or suppliers to find out what they do.
Why not put something together and post it on here for comments?
