Is there a method to perform a GR&R on a digital torque meter? Typically when doing GR&R's, we use 3 people, 10 parts, 2 trials. The 10 parts is what I am struggling with. We could check, for example 10 screws that are torqued into a device. However, once you check them the first time, you have probably changed the torque value just by checking it. So second trial and other operators will always have different reading which will result in a GR&R failure. Any ideas? One idea I had was to check a torque wrench set to a specific torque value. But that is only one part, not 10.
