DIN 29591 and DIN 29531 - Where to buy in English or French?

Anyone can help me with a source to buy those two standards in English or French?

My german is very, very rusty :D

The DIN 29591 standard has been withdrawn, and so can no longer be bought.
There must be a new welding reference.
I would review DIN/ISO 24394
