Do You Know Anyone Using ISO 10002? ISO 10001 and ISO 10003 are under development

10001 and 10003 are under development. All deal with customer satisfaction and resolution of customer complaints, either internal or external to the organization.

I am looking for a couple of companies that have used 10002 to develop a procedure..................or even considered using it, and did not find it helpful.

This doesn't look as though it is a very popular standard.

I'm looking at AS9100, and it says "effective arrangements for communicating with customers in relation to...customer feedback, including customer complaints" in 7.2.3 and "monitor information relating to customer perception as to whether the organization has met requirements" in 8.2.1

Granted, you can take the standard as far as you wish, but it seems that a "just over the wire" interpretation would require a rudimentary system and that's it.
