I don't see any positive value to releasing the raw data of any audit report (internal or external) unless it is a contractual obligation with a specific customer or some regulatory clause currently in force [somewhere? - I don't know of any current regulations for any country which requires it, but regulations seem to be getting more and more intrusive every day in a lot of jurisdictions, including USA.]
I can, however, see a number of pitfalls in releasing a raw report, however glowing it may be, for the simple reason it establishes a precedent which results in extraneous and superfluous paperwork and non-value-added labor by employees on both sides of the equation, reading, evaluating, and filing such report copies.
