Is Document Control in charge of taking Meeting Minutes?
I got asked by my Project Manager to take meeting minutes and I said no, that it was not in my scope of work, it's more administrative. Just because I am Document Control does not mean I have to sit in at every meeting and jot down the notes for the meeting...
I should be receiving the finished copy of the Meeting Minutes, and then creating a transmittal and distributing it to all who attended...
Am I right on this one? Can someone please inform me! Thanks!
