Hi, Taner, welcome to forum.

Have you attend any training course on process approach?
As you knew, QS & TS have a little difference on clause requirements. what you should renew your mind is process approach.
Procedure defined who do what @ what time?
Process consider input/output, subprocess, resource(who, what hardware/software), control ( method/procedures/instructions, measures(quite important)).
you could search some threads in this forum on process approach.

Taner,

We had the same problem. We did not get the process approach. We ended up having training. I was told to think outside the box for TS 16949. Good luck!

You already have processes in place. If the documents you have are effective as they are now, there is no need to change formats to be certified to TS 16949. All you need to do for existing documents is review them to ensure they meet the changed requirements. At a minimum, your quality manual will need to contain a description of the interaction of the major processes in your organization.

Taner,

For documentation, just like what said by Howste. But for TS2, you must consider process approach, it's better for you to review all the processes with process model(such as turtles etc), and supplement missed items.
you do not need to revise your document as process model, input/ output/ measures/resources etc).

True. The basic emphasis of TS2 is "Process Definition". You do NOT need to revise procedures if they are already effective, however, procedures WITHOUT process definition will be cause for a major finding.
Process definition = Inputs, Activities, Outputs; for each and every process. And remember with Ford you have to consider the requirements of Q1.

I definitely agree with this. My comments were only meant to apply to documentation - not the overall system.
