Hi all,
Is it appropriate documenting forms, procedures or work instructions in similar way as other official documents (meaning assigning serial number) that are not cross referenced to any of my QMS? The reason is that I was requested by my supervisor to document some sort of forms/WI in which I can't find it to be cross referenced in any of my QMS. Have you guys faced similar issue?If so how do you go about resolving it?
