Documenting the QM and 6 Procedures

Hi Everyone,
Last week we attended the Document and Record Management. I was still at ease after attedning that training, in which I haven't a clear picture on where we start. We have the Gap Analysis in which we patterned from the pdf_files on this site.
Is there a site wherein I can visit to check some sample guidelines or prceodure to follow? Please comment.
