DOE - How to determine optimal settings and transposing data

I have attached a file showing interaction between AxB.
I could eye off optimal settings but was after formulas to determine these.

Any help on how to determine optimal settings and transposing from coded to uncoded is appreciated.

Any reference materials/documents/links much appreciated also.

Hi,
I have updated file, find attached.
The file now includes predicted values for AB, AC, BC interactions.

Can someone please check predicted values for me.
Can someone please check Anova is correct also.
