Does any here use an internal auditing tool that works on different platforms?

Is there any internal auditing tool that works on iOS and Android? I would like to capture evidence on the go with my handheld devices. I also should be able to upload it to a web application simultaneously.

I've not used it, but recently did look at this site, which offers creating/editing of checklists for use with mobile devices:
