Are you looking for a sample plan or audit scope? I haven't heard of an inspection scope.

Jay, how about attaching it here for the rest of us?
BTW, if you use an accredited outside laboratory, you can ask for a copy of their scope of accreditation. This is basically the same thing, but may not include the detailed list of equipment and methods.
