Does anyone have an ESD quality/cooler talk to share? I am looking for a 1 page training/information page on Electronics and ESD to share as a talk.

There's not much out there as far as good ESD training materials. IPC used to sell training DVD's but apparently found there is much more $ to be had doing the training.

One of the weaknesses of the typical ESD training is that it focuses almost entirely on the behavior of people (what they should or should not do). That needs to be balanced with the consequences of ESD damage (why should they care?). See linked examples. It is more effective if you can show actual examples from your products.

echoing Sidney’s recommendation above...as a younger lad starting out in the QA arena...attended several EOS/ESD symposia...very worthwhile indeed and this enables one to differentiate ones professional expertise...to a degree
