Does anyone here who works in a metrology lab use any sort of failure reporting, analysis, and corrective action system (or FRACAS for short, which is very similar to a computer or software issue tracking ticket system), or any other similar reliability programs for reporting equipment failures and corrective actions as part of their quality program? Calibration asset management programs such as MET/CAL can capture calibration data and keep up with due dates and log any sort of maintenance done, but none of them seem to have any sort of functionality for reporting and assigning trouble tickets, and capturing corrective actions.
Does anyone use a FRACAS system to track lab equipment issues?
