The simple answer is YES, temperature will affect your pressure. If the volume remains constant the pressure will rise and fall as the temperature rises and falls.
Follow the link posted by Stijloor and look under 'Density of Fluids - Changing Pressure and Temperature'. There is definitely a relationship between the change in temperature and the change in pressure.
