Can anyone help me regarding the requirements for doing a PPAP using "go", "no-go" gages?
We have a part that the tolerances are so tight, many of the dimensions are not measurable with standard equipment (height gage, calipers, etc). Our customer has agreed that all parts are to be inspected using the no-go and go gages we created. We don't know how to do a PPAP using these gages.
Does anyone know how or could anyone point me to some reading material on the matter?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks
