This is true. I'm DPD audited by all three - Boeing is the original - Spirit's, Vought's and everyone else's are nearly duplicates of Boeing's D6-51991. I was given that generic sample procedure by a Vought auditor, and I wrote our DPD procedure in the same outline because I liked it. You can accomplish the same thing in another format or multiple procedures.
I was brand new to this a little over two years ago - hopefully this helps all the newbies!
