This information would be contained in threads, or conversations, that have taken place in the past.
It's just a forum. There might be files such as requirements checklist in the files directory, but the forum threads are where the activity is.
Try the search function, and there's no reason not to ask specific questions. Often what happens is a specific question was addressed in a prior thread, and someone directs the person asking to read that first. If this doesn't satisfy the question, don't hesitate to ask more questions.
The number 1 thing is to explain your position in detail up to that point and then ask. Include any details that are relavent. In short, the more time and effort you put into asking a good question, the more time and effort you will see in return. These people get paid good money for their time and wisdom, and choose to hang out here to have discussions on these subjects for free. Their choice to do so is what makes the forum such a valuable resource.
