All,
I am preparing for an initial nonconvential machining (AC7116/3) audit and have a question with regards to the meter calibration on our EDM's. Specifically, it seems that volt, amps, and conductivity meters or sensors need to be calibrated. However, I’m having difficulty finding clear and specific information on how to achieve this goal. Does anyone know of any companies in California that perform that service? Or what is really required?
We have Sodick's AL60G & ALN600GH's. Both of which have integrated software driven meters and only one analog ammeter.
If anyone can provide any direction or resources, It would greatly appreciate your assistance!
