We are finally going to start using the control plan-fmea system. Previously I (as quality) had generated them with little to no help/feedback internally for customers who had requested them. Ie, for their amusement/requirements, not as a tool for standardization and consistency. Now that we have management buy in what are some of the best ways to produce these as real tools for improvement?
Assemble a team and do what? Are there some practices in a group setting that can knock these out quickly and yet produce a viable system of generating cp/fmea's?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
