Electronic Differential Level R&R Procedure

I am curious if anyone might have some guidance on how to perform a Gage R&R on an Electronic Differential Level. I was thinking of using a Sine plate and Gage Blocks since this would allow me to do the entire range of measurement, but wasn't sure how much variability would be introduced by wringing the blocks. My second thought was to measure a granite surface plate (Union Jack Method) or at least one leg "X" number of times, but this doesn't cover the entire range of measurement. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I know this is a bit late, but does anyone have any experience in this area?

One possible solution may be an auto-collimator. Its a bit easier to use than sine bar and gage blocks, and should reduce the uncertainty.
