Email Template that go to a customer and then get returned to us for RMA/Warranty

We are creating some email templates that go to a customer and then get returned to us for RMA/Warranty. I notice on earlier email templates my company has there are document control numbers and associated procedures located at the bottom of the email template. Is there anything specific I need to do with these because they are emails templates and not really a 'form'. :unsure:

I'm new to this forum, so thanks in advance...:giggle:

Yes. Remove the form number, and remove the requirement for reply from your QMS...
Replace the requirement with "customer feedback, verbal or electronic or other method to establish validity. The issuance of an RMA is evidence of customer feedback and validity."

Keep things simple.
