EMC testing under RED and IEC 60601-1-2

Hi,

Can the product be tested for EMC under RED (EN 301 489) and 60601-1-2 standards at the same time, if radio link (required for EN 301 489) and performance of the EUT is monitored during testing?

yes, the most efficient way would be to test to both standards at the same time. The IEC 60601-1-2 includes several tests, some of which also requires performance monitoring.
