Existen otro tipo de herramientas estadisticas que no esten consideradas en SPC , pero que podrian ser aceptadas como útiles y validas por QS-9000?

LEÍDO TU E-MAIL TENGO QUE DECIRTE QUE EFECTIVAMENTE HAY OTROS MEDIOS SEGÚN QS-9000 3ª EDICIÓN QUE NO SEA SPC, ESTE ES UN MANUAL DE REFERENCIA PERO NUNCA OBLIGATORIO COMO EL PPAP.

VOY A INVESTIGAR Y SI ENCUENTRO ALGO Q SE PUEDA ACERCAR AL SPC ( normalmente es el mejor desarrollado y más fcail de aplicar) LO HARÉ SABER.
