Ashish, hello. By the construction and design of the survey, it appears that someone who put it together knew what they were doing. Do you know if they calculated and reliability numbers for the survey? What about validity? If you don't know that, it's fine. If you do, it would be great.
Ashish, one comment of help on the survey, if I may. After each construct, switch the positioning of the Likert scale. So for #2, have strongly agree on the right side, instead of the left. Do that after every other one. That way, the person does not go straight down the page clicking the same left-most box. They actually slow down and think about their answers.
Yes the survey is long. But there are seven constructs being measured, and there looks like there is a representative number of questions under each. That is one of many perils with using surveys. To get a decent response, you have to ask about the same thing (working environment, for example) several different ways.
