Employee Training Matrix - Keeping track of employee training on various SOPs



Hi everyone,

Does anyone have a good system for keeping tracking of employee training on various SOPs? For a small company, what is the best way to keep track of training? When the same procedure gets revised to multiple versions, is there an efficient way to update everyone's status for each version of the procedure?

Does anyone have an Excel template I can refer to?

Each of our employees are responsible for their own training record, it's a simple document - for minor document updates we are sent an email notification and then read the document and update the training record as 'read and understood' always stating the version number.
