I think the first thing you need to do is take a step back and try to objectively identify why you are perceived as the enemy. It could be a cultural thing, it could be that the quality team aren't consultative, it could be just one member of the QA team acting like a dictator and giving you all a bad name.
You need to identify the root cause of this problem before you can effectively improve it.
Have you asked employees why they are so 'anti-QA'? If so, have you looked into whether these are genuine complaints? I would start by having one-on-one chats with those who are the most resistant / vocal and then go from there.
