I am looking for sources and information on how a contractual review on employment contract and the types of contract can be carried out.

Those that are found in this forum are mostly referring to Customer-Supplier contract or service contract, which in most cases, certain information maybe applied.

However, I am looking for specific information and advise on review of employment contract.

Also, can anyone advice how you are naming your different categories of international mobile workers who may have different benefits / entitlements?

Appreciate any advice & information.

Are you in the business of providing employment services, such as a contract agency or headhunter? The reason I ask is that generally in this forum, "contract review" pertains to a product or service. If you are an employment agency, your product/service would fall under the contract review requirements of the various ISO based standards. If you are looking at hiring your own employees, it really does not apply.

That said, you would need to provide more information about the locations and type of employees. I've done some work in the past on the process for international delegations (1-4 year assignments) and the complications vary based on the country you are sending someone to and from. There are also national laws that will vary - for example, I believe some countries require anyone with the title "Engineer" to have passed a certified engineer exam.
