EN Standard (ETSI EN 301 489-3 v1.6.1) is Harmonized but not on Europa List

The ETSI EN 301 489-3 v1.6.1 standard claims to be harmonized, but I can't seem to find any reference to it on the Europa list of harmonized standards.

I must be missing something here...

What "harmonizes"a standard is the publication in the EU OJ, not a claim in the standard itself.

Anyway, if it were harmonized, it would probably be to the Radio equipment directive https://ec.europa.eu/growth/single-market/european-standards/harmonised-standards/rtte_en. But it's not there.

I don't know the Radio equipment directive and it's history, so I don't know, for example, if it was harmonized in the past and is not anymore.

There's some standards on the list for SRDs, maybe the standard you mentioned was supplanted by them?

Wouldn't the standard at least show up in the "Reference of superseded standard" column of the harmonized standards listings then?

So is a claim by the standard that says otherwise fraudulent? I have a tough time believing that the ETSI would be so negligent...

ETSI EN 301 489-3 v1.6.1 clearly says "Harmonised European Standard" right on the cover-page.
