Enclosure Flammability Rating of Molded-In Custom Color Liquid Concentrates

Resin suppliers test materials and provide ratings for specific colors or 'all colors' when they provide pre-blended colors to the molder. 'Natural' is another option, allowing the molder to add custom color w/ liquid concentrates.
At the point that a concentrate is added, is the resin supplier no longer responsible for flammability? Is flame testing the only recourse?

Since no-one else is answering ...

In principle, it would seem prudent to assume the flammability rating is unknown when you add the color to the resin.

In practice, it might be worth considering how critical the rating is. Flammability requirements are based on a series of worst case assumptions, sometimes this can result in considerable overkill. For plastics around mains parts, particularly high current circuits, terminals, connectors etc don't mess around, make sure they are appropriately rated, and if necessary re-test with the color added.

However, plastics around secondary circuits, low power applications etc that may technically require V-2 but are really low risk, perhaps it is reasonable to quietly assume the rating is unaffected by the addition of the coloring agent.
