ESD and Humidity Monitoring in Work Areas

What do you folks use for humidity monitoring these days in environments where working with ESD sensitive components compels you to address this?

Does it sound an alarm when it reaches your determined level of alert?

Do you use ionizers, or humidifiers, or a jacuzzi to modify the ambient humidity?

Thank you all, I'd have gone mad(der) long ago without your support.

I no longer work in a clean room but what we used to have are humidity sensors (real time monitoring + annoying sound when it reaches a certain level), ionizers (on areas where products are stored or worked on, like tables), and groundings (basically all metal tables, machines, etc)

What are monitored are:
sensors (real time)
ionizers (correct setting at every start of shift)
groundings (every other month audit)
